On February 14, 1931, just before the Second Republic, during the reign of Alfonso XIII, a girl named Angeleta was born. As if traveling back in time, 93 years later, Angeleta is the grandmother who has amassed over 115,000 followers on her Instagram account: @iaiaangeleta. In her youth, Angeleta was a very active woman. She has worked hard all her life, and today, at 93, she's still very active. She's in excellent mental and physical shape and makes the most of it. She drives a car every day, even though at her age she has to renew her license annually. "The day they don't renew it, I'll buy a motorcycle!" Angeleta has real guts. She participates in live television programs with a naturalness and determination that leaves everyone speechless. She has gone viral on social media with her videos where she shows herself as she truly is. This is how Angeleta faces any challenge. She is an intelligent, brave, and fun-loving woman, although some say she can be a bit grumpy. What bothers her most is when the neighbors' cats relieve themselves in her garden or when her grandchildren don't let her know when they're coming for lunch. Grandma Angeleta doesn't like going to Barcelona, or cities in general. That's why she lives in Roda de Ter, because she finds happiness in the woods, picking mushrooms or snails, enjoying the countryside, and spending long hours with her friends, chatting about everything in gatherings they call the "Cungrejo de los Diputados" (a pun on Spain's Congress of Deputies). But her greatest joy is her great-grandchildren.

  1. Chest: measure around the widest part of your torso (chest or stomach, whichever is larger), keeping the tape level and not too tight.
  2. Shoulders: the distance between the two shoulder bones (the acromion, the bony bumps you can feel at the very top of your shoulders, where your arms begin). Not the full width between your arms.
  3. Height: barefoot, standing straight.
