1st EXCHANGE (Peninsula) FREE
After the 2nd exchange, a refund and a new purchase will be required.
RETURNS (Peninsula) €5

MAKE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ONLINE

- Enter the returns portal .
- Follow the instructions. We'll send you a label by email that you'll need to show to the courier or post office.
- Hand the package over to the courier or to the post office.
- If you have requested a return, once we receive the package, we will refund your money, minus the €5 service charge. You will receive an email notification.
- If you have requested a size change, once we receive the package we will send you the new size.

* If possible, reuse the original packaging for shipping. If not, you can use another packaging, ensuring the product is well protected.

* The product must be in perfect condition and retain the original labels.

* Returns cannot be issued if the order was received more than 30 days ago . From November to January, we extend this period to 60 days, as we understand that many purchases are gifts.

If you are near Granollers or Girona, you can come and exchange or return your item at our store.
