If your IAIOS sweater is old, we can repair it so you can have a brand new sweater next winter. (We only repair IAIOS sweaters.)

This service consists of a courier picking up the sweater, repairing it, and returning it to your home. (Only covers domestic shipments.)

The repair consists of 3 steps:

Changing the collar: If the collar has stretched, we disconnect it and put on a new one.
Ball Removal: We run the machine to remove any balls that may have caused the "pelling."
Washing and ironing: We wash and iron the sweater before delivering it to the customer.

*We only repair sweaters that show signs of wear and tear. We do not repair holes, burns, or other damage.
*Pickup and delivery service only for shipments within the Peninsula

The repair campaign consists of three phases:

- Collection of old jerseys: August 1-15.
- Repair: September 15-10.
- Delivery of repaired jerseys: September 15-20.

IAIOS will contact you to arrange courier pickup.

The customer must pack the sweater in a box or bag for collection.

Once the jersey is repaired, we will send you an email to let you know that we have sent it back.

We do not repair holes, burns, or other damage. We only repair jerseys that show signs of aging due to use.

In some cases, the jersey may not be repairable due to its condition or other exceptional circumstances. In that case, we will inform the customer of the situation and reach an agreement.
