Check your chest, shoulders and height. If they point to different sizes, choose the larger one so it is not tight across the shoulders or short in the body or sleeves.

How to measure

Chest: measure around the widest part of your torso (chest or stomach, whichever is larger), keeping the tape level and not too tight.
Shoulders: the distance between the two shoulder bones (the acromion, the bony bumps you can feel at the very top of your shoulders, where your arms begin). Not the full width between your arms.
Height: barefoot, standing straight.

How to measure

Chest width: from armpit to armpit, with the garment laid flat.
Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
Shoulders: from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
