Chest: measure around the widest part of your torso (chest or stomach, whichever is larger), keeping the tape level and not too tight.
Shoulders: the distance between the two shoulder bones (the acromion, the bony bumps you can feel at the very top of your shoulders, where your arms begin). Not the full width between your arms.
Height: barefoot, standing straight.
