Poor man's monkfish with Grandma Mercè

Mercè invites us into her kitchen to learn one of her star recipes: mock lobster monkfish. Her three granddaughters are already hard at work, having a great time. For them, these work sessions with their grandmother are very special, and they have a lot of fun following her instructions, chatting, and laughing.

Mercè calls this dish "poor man's lobster." But, as her granddaughters rightly say, it can't be poor at all, given the price of fish nowadays! Whatever the case, it's so delicious that it's worth both tasting and preparing in such good company. Mmm...!
