Dracs, our store

This building was constructed in 1990, inspired by old textile factories. Eighty percent of the materials used in its construction are from our region. For example, the exposed brickwork on the walls is from a Lliçà brickwork, and the floor is made by Mosaics Bachs of Granollers.

DRACS was originally a clothing store with a cultural space that hosted activities for young people. In 2008, it had to close for several reasons, including the emergence of multinational corporations in the city and the closure of the cultural space (following a complaint).

The building remained closed for years until 2016, when we decided to reopen this beautiful building in the city. The idea was to open a unique store, bringing together designer, local, and quality products. And so it was: everything you'll find at DRACS are products with a beautiful story behind them, small projects with soul and values, and all of them made on the Iberian Peninsula.

The proposal was a success. DRACS was awarded the Best Retail Initiative in Catalonia in 2017 and today welcomes visitors from all over Catalonia who come to purchase valuable products or simply to be curious.

At Dracs, we can find only products with social and ecological responsibility. In addition, all of them boast a high level of design, whether artisanal or traditional. All of them have been carefully chosen for their values ​​and the stories behind them. This is why entering Dracs is like entering an exhibition of products with soul, with beautiful stories worth learning about. We invite you to visit the store and ask us about the history of our products. We will explain all the details and interesting facts. Ultimately, DRACS is more than just a store; it's a school for conscious consumption.

On the top floor, we have a space we call the School of Life, where we hold all kinds of activities, workshops, and courses. And at the very top, we have the IAIOS studio, a wonderful space where we work, design, and meet to create our sweaters.

At DRACS, we offset the energy we consume with three solar trackers installed in the Navés Photovoltaic Park. Furthermore, 90% of the industrial, professional, and service companies we work with are from the region.

The IAIOS team usually hangs out upstairs, where we hold meetings and design garments. Come say hi if you're passing by DRACS! :)
