Tati's Croquettes

We're going to Granollers to see Grandma Montserrat (Tati), who will make her famous croquettes, those that, for everyone who has tasted them, are simply the best. Her granddaughter, Sira, will join her in the kitchen and learn all her secrets. Tati, always ready to show love through her cooking, has turned this recipe into a true family classic, one of those that passes down from generation to generation.

Today we find them on the green rooftop of Granollers, where they have gone out to gather some fresh spices they will use later. Sira lives most of the year in Senegal, in Nguel du Saloum, but when she is here, her grandparents are the happiest people in the world. Days of kisses and hugs, of "how much you've grown," and, above all, of good shared meals.
