WASHING
You can wash it by hand (with cold water) or in the washing machine (maximum 30 degrees). We recommend turning it inside out to prevent pilling.
DRYING
Avoid the dryer. Just let it air dry.
IRONING
Avoid touching the fabric with the iron, just steam from a distance.

AERATE
Often, simply letting the sweater air out is enough to eliminate the odor and avoid unnecessary washing.

PUTTING ON AND TAKING OFF
Grab it from below, without stretching it by the neck. This way, it won't become deformed.

HANG
The hanger should be placed underneath, not around the neck. This way, it will last longer.
JERSEY REPAIR
If your sweater has become old, we can repair it. We offer a repair service once a year for sweaters that need it. (SUMMER ONLY)
What do I do when my sweater reaches the end of its useful life?
You can send your sweater to our shop, and we'll repurpose it into yarn. Another option, if the sweater can't be used or given to someone else, is to put it in a friendly clothing bin (Orange Bin). This organization will analyze the clothing to determine if it can be used as secondhand clothing. If it can't, they will determine if it can be recycled. IAIOS are very easy to recycle because they don't have buttons or zippers and don't mix materials. Therefore, it's easy to make yarn.
