30 days to make exchanges or returns (60 days for purchases made in November and December).

1st EXCHANGE (mainland Spain) FREE
From the 2nd exchange onwards, a return and a new purchase will be required.

How does it work? Easy: go to our returns portal, tell us what you want to exchange or return and we'll email you a shipping label. Just stick it on the parcel and drop it off at the post office. For a size exchange, we send the new size as soon as we receive yours.
