From waste to new jersey
How we recycle to make yarn step by step.

The scraps left over from textile factories are collected and sorted by material and color.

The materials of each color are ground until they achieve a wool-like texture. This material is called "nood."

To achieve a specific color, several colors are mixed like a painter's palette.

We mix different fibers to achieve the colors, thus avoiding the highly polluting dyeing process.

The mixture of crushed fibers is put into the spinning machine that will turn it into a roving.

The wick lacks strength. To achieve this, it must be twisted to turn it into thread and then reinforcing it.

The yarn is woven on the knitting machine according to the colors and patterns of the relevant design.

The fabric is made by hand to obtain the finished garment.
